3. Where is my order?

You’ll receive three emails from us:

5. Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?

International shipping can sometimes experience delays in tracking updates. This is normal, especially when packages clear customs or change carriers. Rest assured, your order is on its way! 6. Where are the products shipped from?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed, and we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, you can use our 30-day return policy once the item arrives.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
